By accessing and using DopeCuts barbershop services, including our website, booking system, and physical location, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

DopeCuts provides professional barbershop services including but not limited to:

• Hair cutting and styling
• Beard grooming and trimming
• Hair washing and conditioning
• Styling consultations
• Hair care product sales

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Booking Policy:

• Appointments can be booked up to 60 days in advance
• All appointments are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to confirm or reschedule appointments
• Walk-ins are welcome but appointments take priority

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount
• Repeated cancellations may result in booking restrictions

Late Arrival Policy:

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
• Appointments running more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled

• Payment is due at the time of service unless pre-paid online
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Interac e-Transfer
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to conditions

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information for appointments
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Communicate any allergies or sensitivities before service
• Follow aftercare instructions provided by your barber
• Treat staff and other clients with respect
• Comply with health and safety guidelines

• We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards
• All tools are properly sterilized between clients
• Clients with contagious conditions will be asked to reschedule
• We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons
• Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies

DopeCuts and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of our services or inability to use our services
• Allergic reactions or adverse effects from products used
• Dissatisfaction with services provided
• Loss or damage to personal property

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DopeCuts and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

By receiving services at DopeCuts, you consent to photography of your hairstyle for:

• Portfolio and promotional purposes
• Social media marketing
• Website gallery

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your barber before service begins.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Direct communication with management
• Mediation if necessary
• Binding arbitration as a last resort

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province/state in which DopeCuts operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
